I really didn’t want to get out of bed. I wasn’t super pumped to start a new week of homeschool; we are ramping up and adding more subjects this week and it’s intimidating!
I used the 5-second rule from Mel Robbins and got my ass up. Made coffee. Meditated. A 10 minute yoga. Now I’m wrapping work with a few messages and planning a self care event for this week.
I got out my new planner sheets to work out our schedule for today and keep reminding myself that setting intentions and following through is key. Key to success in anything.
My kids are watching me at home. I see this reflected when they want to work out on their own. My network is watching me on social. I see this reflected when people reach out to me, about life stuff and business. I need to be the person I can trust first, so they keeping trust in me, too.
Get up, keep going. Set your intentions and follow through, even if it takes longer than you planned or expected.

I love seeing them trying out the bands in their own way, too!
