I’m the bucket-list trip with my dad and brother, so suffice it to say, not so much writing right now.
Lots of Google mapping.
And some wandering around.
At break-neck walking paces, because in my family, even when lost, we are GOING TO GET THERE QUICKLY.
It’ll all make for a good story one day. 🙂

The first meme pulled me to the page the second meme made me laugh. Both I can relate to and both I have saved on my Writer’s Life Pinterest page. I feel your pain… trying to get ideas down is hard enough without distractions. Internet is both a blessing and a curse. XD

The Internet is an awesome research tool…but so easily becomes a distraction! Ah, the writer’s life! 😉

I think it would take me longer to hunt down the books I need for researching for my book if I didn’t have the internet. As much time I spend distracted with Facebook or Reddit I make up in the time saved looking up medieval medicine or traditional Tibetan nomads….

I would expect so! It’s a great resource for me to find information online and locally for the WIP that takes place along the Appalachian Trail. Good luck with the writing!
